This week’s house is a modern contemporary home at 2270 Galway Road in Galway with beautiful mountain views. Built in 1985 on 37 acres, the home has three bedrooms, two full and two half bathrooms and 3,359 square feet of living space.

Despite its contemporary style and open layout, the home was built with a nod to traditional style in the form of the central, load-bearing beam that was salvaged from an old barn on the property, which still bears the ax marks from when it was made.
