Coventry Homes, the signature brand of No. 37 builder McGuyer Homebuilders, has introduced a new line of townhome designs in its Sonoma Heights community in Round Rock, Texas.
Sales have begun for the Champagne and Chardonnay floor plans, which are priced from the upper $300,000s. Sonoma Heights is the first place Coventry Homes will offer the two series.
“We wanted to introduce new designs that really fit into the aesthetics of this community,” says Alex Dadidakis, central Texas division president for McGuyer Homebuilders. “The new designs will offer buyers exceptional luxury with many backing up to greenbelts. They are sure to appeal to everyone.”
The three-bedroom townhomes range from 1,589 to 1,806 square feet. The Champagne features an upstairs primary suite, while the Chardonnay plan has a downstairs primary suite. Designs also boast entertainment lofts and private yards with covered patios.
Sonoma Heights is a gated community and is convenient to major employers such as Baylor Scott & White, Dell, Apple, and Samsung. Dell Diamond and the Round Rock Premium Outlets are minutes away for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Residents will enjoy a picnic area and a playground within the community. For outdoor recreation, they will be able to walk to Brushy Creek Regional Trail and Old Settler’s Park. Children will attend Round Rock Independent School District schools, including Blackland Prairie Elementary, Ridgeview Middle School, and Cedar Ridge High School.
