Florida deputy torches home with family inside, authorities say

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida sheriff’s deputy was arrested and accused of placing his household on hearth with his spouse and kids within, according to the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Place of work.

Brian Williams, a former deputy with the sheriff’s office, is out on bond after his wife claimed he tackled and held her down prior to grabbing a torch and threatening to light-weight the property on fire.
