See a modern four-bedroom transitional luxury home suitable for socializing in Dallas’ Midway Hollow

The unique exterior design of this Midway Hollow home allows for plenty of outdoor play and socialization and that, listing agent Pogir says, is perfect for the neighborhood. This home with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and one half-bathroom is on the market for $1,128,999.

Built in 2020, this house from Kaleb Carr of EIB Homes, has a unique exterior design with a gate around the front and a garage with a glass door. The enclosed space offers an extended play area outside for children or pets.

The listing agent notes that Carr designed the unusual outdoor area at 3935 Lively Lane to foster interaction with the neighborhood families.

“That’s what makes this house really different,” Pogir said. “Where a lot of people give all the room in the backyard, he has given space in the front yard so you can really enjoy the vibrancy of the neighborhood.”

The 4,194-square-foot home is full of natural light, with a number of oversized windows throughout. The interior design features an open concept on the lower level, with a unique element: an enclosed office which could be converted into a play room or other space.

The kitchen, living and dining room are all connected and have views of the backyard with access to a patio. The primary suite sits on the first floor with a spacious bathroom that has dual sinks and a large bathtub and shower.

Upstairs, there’s a large play room and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and one shares the bathroom with the play room.

Pogir said the home is energy efficient, and there’s room in the backyard for a pool.

The home is listed by Michael Reynolds and Pogir of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.
