CONROE, Texas – The Conroe Police Department claims an officer fatally shot a suspect who was capturing into a property on Monday night.
The gentleman, who died at the medical center, was determined by law enforcement as Larry Marquail Mixon III, 18, of Stafford.
The capturing occurred all around 7:30 p.m. at a household in the 500 block of E Phillips Avenue. Police say there is no known marriage involving Mixon and the citizens.
When he arrived at the home, Mixon reportedly engaged in an incoherent verbal altercation with the citizens, pointed a handgun at them, and then remaining the locale for a number of minutes, according to police.

As officers ended up responding to the scene, law enforcement say Mixon returned to the property.
