The home sits just south of the intersection at West Northwest Highway and Inwood Road. Listing agent LeeLee Gioia of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty noted the home’s seclusion despite its setting in the city.

“It’s as private as you could get,” Gioia said.

The home was built in 2005 and offers 6,014 square feet of space. The design is the work of builder Tom Sharpe, and Gioia said he is known for meticulously detailed and beautiful designs. You can see evidence of these features in the thoughtful layout and the many windows that let in plenty of natural light.

In addition to the four bedrooms, the home has four bathrooms and three half-bathrooms. The home’s foyer is bathed in natural light and has a winding staircase on one side. To the right of the foyer, the home’s formal living room has a fireplace and access to a patio through two sets of French doors. The formal dining room sits behind the formal living room, and the two spaces are connected with an open-concept design.

Farther into the house, the family room, breakfast room and kitchen provide a more casual space for living and dining. The space has exposed brick walls that Gioia said add a bit of warmth.

All of the bedrooms are on the second level of the home. The primary suite has its own balcony, a fireplace and built-in bookcases that can house a television and additional storage. Aside from the three remaining bedrooms, the upstairs level also includes a children’s playroom and an office.

“It was the perfect size and it offered all of the things that a family needed during a COVID emergency,” said Gioia of the home’s multiple living spaces.

The property has a guest suite over the garage, complete with a full kitchen.

Outside, the terraced backyard boasts multiple living spaces, an infinity-edge pool that flows into a fountain and access to a creek.

The home at 9024 Broken Arrow Lane is listed for $5,100,000. It is currently under contract.
